This episode, part of a short-lived experiment in shorter, more frequent episodes, is a single-mic installment that I did while Gordon was out of town in November of 2015. I’m sure it’s becoming obvious that Gordon’s the history guy while I’m the music/theater/film/literature person.
From the original show notes: “In this…we take a look at the founders of modern musical theater, and all-around creative geniusses (genii?), Gilbert & Sullivan. (Don't worry, we'll have Gordon again next time.)
